Alpine multiplex classifiers MZM and MZF

Hosokawa Alpine supplies zigzag classifiers in two designs, designed as type MZM or MZF. Each type is available in numerous sizes as a single-tube or multi-tube classifier. For sharp separation in the range of d97 = approx. 0.3 – 10 mm. The throughput ranges from a few kg/h for the laboratory classifier to around 200 t/h for the multi-tube large classifier. Separation takes place at every kink point of the ZZ tube and allows a very high selectivity that can be set as required. The result is clean fine material or light material even when overloaded.
