Schugi® Flexomix
The Schugi® Flexomix is a unique vertical continuous mixer and aggomerator specially designed for highly homogeneous mixing of powders and liquids.
The mixer and agglomerator convinces with its high speed and the highly turbulent air flow, which keeps the mixing chamber clean, its mixing accuracy with liquid and solid components and its suitability for very sticky media.

After the mixing process, the product is preferably further treated with the Hosokawa Micron Torusdisc® disc dryer .
The Torusdisc® keeps the mixed material in constant motion and heats it up particularly gently.
Despite its compact design, this dryer impresses with its high heat transfer coefficient and large heat transfer surface.
