The air jet sieve is used to sieve fine powders, as very fine particles tend to agglomerate and thus often clog the sieve. Thanks to the air jet principle, the e200 LS offers the highest level of effectiveness with such materials. The reason for this effectiveness is based on two components: A slotted nozzle rotating in the screen chamber and an industrial vacuum cleaner connected to the screen chamber.

Function:

The material to be analyzed is only moved by an air flow. This system means that any mechanical influence on the screening, such as beating, brushing or brushing, can be dispensed with. With the same negative pressure and the same sieving time, exactly reproducible particle size analyzes are possible at any time. The sharp jet of air emerging from the rotating slotted nozzle causes the screen fabric to be continuously blown free. This leads to very short screening times and ensures that materials that are technically critical can also be screened. The plastic cover allows you to constantly monitor the sieving process.
