Alpine Ultraplex UPZ – fine impact mill
Alpine fine impact mills Ultraplex UPZ offer versatility in use without great effort. Because not all grist is the same, but every grinding task requires its own solution, UPZ mills can be equipped with different, interchangeable grinding tools. Tough-fiber root drugs and spices, for example, require completely different crushing elements than general chemicals in order to optimally meet the respective requirements, both technically and economically.
Versatile shredding system with interchangeable grinding tools such as:
- Impact disc, pin discs, pendulum beaters and plate beaters, screens and grinding tracks
- Grinding fineness in the range of approx. 50 µm to 5 mm depending on the equipment of the grinding tools
- Easy cleaning thanks to the wide swing-open mill door and changing the grinding tools
The interchangeability of the shredding tools is becoming more and more important for the user. The UPZ offers the right milling tool for every task:

- Grinding ring rotating on the housing side, stationary on the door side
