The construction principle is based on a patented multi-edged knife shaft and is equipped with a new cutting system. Our DURA-LINE shredders are characterized by a heavy, torsion-free stand construction, cutter shafts made of solid material and special perforated screens for the exact determination of the material to be ground.
An operator-guided control enables the programming of variable settings and recipe storage for different materials (depending on their specific properties). Even the most difficult material is shredded reliably and without problems.

Materials such as foils or fibres , plastic , paper and recycling areas are scraped off by the form fit of the edges to the counter knife and cannot wrap around the shaft.
Depending on the task, patented cutting tools with different profiles are available, which can be used easily and without twisting.
The hydraulic drive ensures smooth running, even under extreme loads. The number of revolutions is infinitely variable and enables optimal adaptation to the shredding task.
