Forms granules very loosely

With the Bextruder BX, the product is gently compacted into granules with a loose structure and large surface.

This machine is also referred to as a basket extruder, the process is called low-pressure extrusion.

Two rotors work in opposite directions in the product area of ​​the Bextruder. The upper rotor ensures good mixing and conveys the material downwards. The lower extrusion rotor compacts the material and extrudes it through the screen basket.
