Screen mills, bexmills, primary crushers and hammer mills

The amount of energy used is usually small and roughly corresponds to the force that can be applied by manually breaking. The product is ground between the rotor and screen. This achieves a defined upper grain limit. Typical screen perforations range from 0.5 – 10 mm. Due to the low energy input, the end product has few fines and the shredding is quiet. The task does not necessarily have to be dosed. It is not necessary to dedust the machine.
