ISEM sampling valve

With the Hosokawa sampler , product samples can be taken from solids during operation, which are processed in reactors, mixers, boilers or dryers, for example.

Sampling is possible under over/under pressure, under vacuum conditions and also at elevated temperatures without affecting the internal operating conditions.

The sampler is designed in such a way that there is no dead space in the product area in which products could be deposited, and thus provides representative samples.

Hosokawa recently launched a new version of the sampler . This state-of-the-art design enables complete CIP and SIP processes with just a click of the handle.

Thanks to the different piston positions, cleaning fluid and steam flow through all of the sampler components to be cleaned, reliably removing all contamination.

After cleaning and/or sterilization, the sampler is automatically returned to the basic position and is available for further sampling.

When developing the new sampler, conscious care was taken to ensure that it has the same design as previous versions to ensure easy replacement.
